LONDON (Reuters) - Young and old, from Britain and across the globe, tens of thousands of people amassed in central London on Saturday, drawn by the allure of what they said was the chance to witness a moment in history.
Young and old alike are set to be enthralled, not only at their speed in excess of 300mph, but the graceful lines and excellent aerobatics.
“Young and old, from high-school kids to knitters and retired volunteers.” explained Miller “there is opportunity, there are many quilter guilds all across Canada and that’s just one of many mechanisms to volunteer.”
